Things in the Bible like saying the earths flat, and God created the universe in 6 days, what is meant by these? Alot of people dont believe in God because of this..

The bible describes the world as a sphere - and not flat. There is a specific scripture for this - I'll have to look it up.

As for a 6 day creation time frame - read the God and Science and CARM sites on this for a better understanding.

The Bible doesnt say the earth is flat.

I know, i always knew it said it was sphere, but someone pointed out that it said somewhere else that it was flat, but it turned out to be North south east west (4 corners of the earth) :)

Mans ignorance of science or the Word of God should never be construed as 'evidence' for or against anything.
