I disagree Somewhat :D I am not a Vegan myself but I believe that people can get all thier Vitamins and Minerals from Veggies and Fruits. You know pork and Beans  ... You are what you eat  :wink
What plant does the Pork come from? ;)

Rather than argue it, here's a source from a Vegan Site (so they're not biased against Veganism obviously) that demonstrates the fact that Vitamin B12 is not obtainable from a Vegan Diet and requires a supplement.

If Veganism is what God or nature intended for Humans, why would this be?
I see... Quite interesting.... I personally would have no problems eating Eggs or Milk as those products aren't really Meat :P  as a Vegetarian although Vegans are a little beyond that...

Very good Points Tyler...

We are to have Dominion over Animals and Therefore WE SHOULD EAT THEM :)

Remember Fruits and Veggies have Feelings :? :D

You would like me to wouldn't you canuckster. lol.

However, the argument consernse me very little more and more. YEC vrs OEC.

I think what should be focused on are the things we both agree on that support creation accepting all knowledge of either position.

YEC is taken very easily because then, evolution could not have existed.

On topic, can B12 be obtained from fish?
