Prayer for the Co-workers

Post by Oriental »

I need abundance of wit in the working place, facing tons of cunning, evil-intented, non-conscientious but ambitious coworkers who are doing things not for the company's sake but for their own sake to vent their saboteur appetite. I am anxious to keep myself immune from the practices which I don't have bearings over it, plus the coworkers nearby are not trust-worthy, almost none of them I find.

I am prone to tricks that may make me stupid and admonishment.

May God lay hands on it and everything goes not with my will, but with His will.

In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Amen.

Our Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pasture,
He leads me beside quiet water
He restores my soul.
He guide me in path of righteousness for His name's sake
Even though I walk through the darkest valley of shadow of death
I shall fear no evil,
for you are with me.
Your rod and your staff you comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies
You anoint my head, my cup overflows
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life
and I will deal in the house of the Lord, forever.

The KJV wording of this is my favorite passage in the entire Bible.

Good luck with your co-workers. Have patience with them and what they do even if you don't agree with it.

Yes, and pray for them because they don't know the danger there is in offending God's little ones. :x

Psalm 23:1-6

Post by Oriental »

Here we have it:

Psalm 23:1-6 [KJV]

1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

More beautiful English, right?
