Soldier of The Cross
Soldier of The Cross
I am going through some hardships right now, and it seems that I have almost fallen and don't know how to get back up. Please, pray for me for strength and persevereance.

You are in my prayers. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do (on the board or through PM).omimanordude wrote:I am going through some hardships right now, and it seems that I have almost fallen and don't know how to get back up. Please, pray for me for strength and persevereance.
God bless,
John.
Let us proclaim the mystery of our faith: Christ has died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again.
Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

Friends,
The soldiers prayer seems to be applicable for you:
I asked God for strength, that I might achieve,
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for health, that I might do greater things,
I was given infirmity, that I might do better things.
I asked for riches, that I might be happy,
I was given poverty, that I might be wise.
I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men,
I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God.
I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life,
I was given life, that I might enjoy all things.
I go nothing I asked for - but everything I had hoped for.
Almost, in spite (of) myself, my unspoken prayers were answered. I am, among all men, most richly blessed.
Amen
Remember, when you are weak, God is strong. Rely on Him.

Acts 17:24-25 (NIV)
"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. [25] And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else."
