A good tool for cleaning up your computer:

This should fix: annoying pop-up ads,delete spyware, tojans, the usual malware etc...

Download it (for your operating system type), do a full system scan, clean and quarentine everything, and your PC's as good as new.

I clicked on a suspicious link (a troll) a couple of days ago and it installed a bunch of spyware, this program as usual, works and gets the job done quickly, and its free!
