NOthing like a good slab of rib eye cooked on the barbecue at home. Let it marinate all day first. Beats the outback any day...
But the best of all.......
Goolash. My wife says its a macaroni or something. But, i've always been taught that goolash is anything you put in a blender. For example, want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, goolash style? Take some peanut butter, some jelly, some bread and stick it all in a blender, delicious. (I know, i'm a weirdo)
The great thing about goolash-style is you can do it with root bear floats. Add a little cinnamon in there with it, some caramel syrup...mmmmm

I love peanut butter and pickle sandwiches...talk about weird...I have ever since I was little. I saw my mother eating one, I took a bite, and I've been hooked ever since.

Either one works, though I am partial to dill.Enigma7457 wrote:Peanut butter and pickle.... Dill pickles or sweet pickles?
Yes, I think peanut butter goes with almost anything. I love it on celery too.Enigma7457 wrote:Now peanut butter and banana. That's a sandwich.

Yes, isnt' that weird, I like that too! Something about the sweet pickles and the savory peanut butter (although sometimes I just forget the bread and just dip the pickle into the peanut butter. )FFC wrote:I love peanut butter and pickle sandwiches...talk about weird...I have ever since I was little. I think i may be going a little over board, but you guys got me thinking. Today i had a peanut butter bagel with a little honey on top. Before i finished, i was making my sandwich (meat and cheese) and decided to slap a slice of cheese on my peanut butter and honey bagel. Wasn't too bad (really sticky).
Zoe, don't worry if you get pregnant, i here they make pickle flavored ice cream. Maybe you can have a different kind of rootbear float.

Wow. It's very rare to find anybody else who likes that combo.Zoegirl wrote:Yes, isnt' that weird, I like that too! Something about the sweet pickles and the savory peanut butter (although sometimes I just forget the bread and just dip the pickle into the peanut butter. )
Another big favorite of mine is liverwurst and onion sandwiches. That is definately a love it or hate it thing.[/quote]

Liverwurst is kind of like a liver pate'. You can spread it on crackers or make sandwiches, etc... usually if you don't like liver you wouldn't like this.Enigma7457 wrote:What's that?FFC wrote:Another big favorite of mine is liverwurst and onion sandwiches. Why? They do it with jelly beans.FFC wrote:I think messing around with ice cream like that is just wrong. lol. I hear they make garlic ice cream too.
As far as the jelly beans go they can do what they want with them...I don't care for jelly beans. Ice cream needs to stick to the fruit, nut, or confectionary category.
