I was reading the news this evening from where I lived a few years ago and where my two daughters still live just down the road from this young man. I know the father well and this is so tragic that my words cannot either describe or express what these people must be going through. Definition of a Veteran. A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including his life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.
