God and angels

Post by FFC »

Why does God use angels in the scriptures so much when He could just as easily do things himself. I was just thinking of this while reading revelation.

Act 9:6
And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?

angels kids

Post by bluesman »

Yeah and why do we ask our kids to do things when we know they will do them half wrong and we just end up doing it over again ourselves.
Although Angels mostly get things right as far as I know especial Michael.

Can this question be seen in the same general direction as to why does God use humans to spread the gospel? Why not just supernaturally change people?
Acts 17:24-25 (NIV)
"The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands. [25] And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything, because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else."
