About Jesus’ Memorial Day

I like to know about Jesus' Memorial Day. According to Watchtower 24 March 2005 is a Jesus' Memorial Day this year and we used to celebrate that day with them when we are JW. Now I have to know:
1. When we have to celebrate Jesus' Memorial Day?
2. What are the procedures we have to do?

Kindly give me a reference where I can read answer about these questions.

It's funny how JW'S don't celebrate christmas yet they celebrate a memorial day for Jesus.
