I have had this happen a few times to me too. No sure what causes this either. It maybe your web bowser settings or your firewall?

What kind of firewall do you have? If Norton, it will cause all kinds of trouble...

Do you know if you have installed two firewalls? Say Mircosofts and another??

I think it's norton with the microsoft.

You should change to firefox instead. It's a much more elegant and versatile browser, IMO. All those delightful extensions

I would agree with that... I've used firefox for years and never had a problem with it. I think Mirosoft IE is one of the worst browers out there, you are just asking for spyware when you use it because all the hackers build their code around it (because they spot-welded it into the MS OS) , also it is an easy code to hack...

Thanks for the help guys, now the only thing to do is fix it.
I really appreciate the help as I had no idea what was causing the problem-I'm PC handicapped or more truthfully, PC braindead.
