Oops.. Looks like Noumenon has left the building. His mind was already made up that God created sin and is the author of it. This old atheistic idea is nothing new... I'd suggest he find another forum to support it.

Of course, all conceptions of buildings-in-themselves must be referred to intuitions, and as we are human these intuitions can never be other than sensible and hence never can enable us to know the building-in-itself, but only as an appearance, and since an unconditionned chain of appearances consists only of conditioned and conditions res merae facultatis... (Help! I'm reading too much Kant!)

...so where did Noumenon go?

SIN in English is a 3 letter word. Selfish and Irresponsible Notion

Masturbation=sin?
Selfish: Well (self) masturbation is selfish (but one is sure to make love to one he loves and to one who loves him :pound: ).
Irresponsible: Maybe but rather toward self consequences. You are hurting no one.
Notion: in time and space you have the choice to do it or not.

Nudity=sin?
Selfish: We come into this world no more than naked. (but my mother told me I had a pair of socks on... joke).
Irresponsible: It is relative, depending on why one gets naked.
Notion: in time and space it is relative.

Pin-Ups (looking at)=sin?
Selfish: yes.
Irresponsible: the human factor is in case here, where human start with an inch and follows to a foot, a yard, a mile and so on... Take for example the first Playboy Magazine. It started with naked young ladies showing their breast and it was fairly expensive. Today all medias are at a point that you can freely visualize and experience teenagers being raped, sodomised, beaten, abused, manipulated and so on by men of all ages... and as you know, a lot worst to come.
Notion: it is simply a continuation of a paternalistic consideration of woman as an object. Here are 2 woman:

Hey, thanks Catherine :)

Zebulon, I know you're a sweetie, but the point of the link with the almost nude lady? Maybe I'm trying to avoid thinking about it. :econfused: Are men just as turned-on by both images?

In memoriam of Elvis and Noumenon. Sad, my last message was to be dedicated to Noumenon.

Hummmm that is nice. Thank you. I am a mirror. If you see sweetie in me it is because you see the sweetie in you. There is no other way, sweetie y@};- .

Yes they are turned-on by both images. It all depends on how and where they have been educated or, may I say, been brainwashed. Look at this first image, again closely: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Woma ... nistan.jpg
There is a little boy beside her who I believe is her son. How does he sees his mom in their house? Is she dressed like that?
I do not think so.
She probably dress in a comfortable t-shirt and casual jean.
Hopefully at 85 degrees she is able to undress a little bit for her own comfort. But then, why does he, the little boy, surely ask himself: is my mom have to put a cover-all body while I dress like all boys in the word?
How come my mom has to be directed how she has to dress?
How come she can not be herself as inside as outside the house?
The little boy is brainwashed by the society he lives in. By the Religion that dictates his society and thus themselves (the mom and the boy who will become a man).

Ok. Now let us put things the other way around. In our mind, let undress the woman dressed in full blue burqa. She might be fat, thin or average right? Maybe she looks just like her: http://www.bullz-eye.com/Models/200303Mary/Mary-04.jpg ?
Well she does if she is the same age, would not she? Physically?

Ok. then back to the little boy. He knows woman as they are dressed like that when they are outside the house. Every woman in his country are dressed like that.
He is brainwashed.

One little boy might be the son of the almost naked woman (the one opposite to the one that has a blue hat that goes down her feet ;0).
The little boy is European or American, and woman can dress (?) almost naked without problem. It is accepted and younger she is, better it is.
The little boy in his house lives with his mom dressed in a t-shirt and jean. He dresses like all little boy in the world. When his mom dress to go out, she puts eye brouses decoration, lipstick, and even undresses the most she can to be beautifull.
He is brainwashed.

Woman are brainwashed as well to fullfill how they should behaved.

Jesus never said nothing against woman. Actually he was surrounded and protected by them.

I love whores, I love prostitutes, I love any woman who are abused out of stupid belief that try to make believe they are less.

It is so sad how that woman think of prostitutes, club dancers, escorts, the way that they are less than they who have the chance to meet a decent (?) man.

End of the story (for now).
