I have a question that I hope you can answer. I was told that Adam and Eve had 66 twins, however I have not found the significance or back up to this statement. Is it true and where can I find the facts on this?

I've never heard anyone say or claim this. I don't see how it could possibly be significant, true, or anything else. Welcome to the board, by the way.
