Thank you Father for giving your children the desires of their heart.

Please nurture, protect and bring this little one to full term in Jesus name.

Congrats Silvertusk, best wishes for your new family... It also took Abraham to conceive a child. Maybe you guys were following in his foot steps....

I thought I might update you on what has happened.

Yesterday my wife noticed bleeding and she saw a doctor as she was booked into a scan for the next day (today). We went in to hospital, sort of encouraged by the fact that a lot of people experience bleeding in pregnancy. When the doctor had finished the scan she turned to us and informed us that our babies heart was not beating.

As you can imagine our world fell apart and we are struggling to come to terms with it. May I trouble you all once more for prayers, especially for my wife as she undergoes an operation tomorrow to remove the now dead foteus. And also may I ask for prayers for us to understand what the lesson is for us in this horrible time and to prehaps understand Gods plan in all of this.

To be honest at the moment we dont understand. All we can think of is how unfair this all is, after nearly 4 years of trying and we have not stopped crying today.

Kind regards

Silvertusk,

I wish I had some clever way to make sense of it all or at least to make you and your wife feel better. I'm so sorry you and your wife are going through this. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. I pray that the Lord in his infinite wisdom give you and her the peace and the grace to deal with your loss. His will be done.

Hello everyone. Just a quick update and a request for prayer again if that is ok. My wife is currently 12 weeks pregnant again. We are going for our scan this afternoon. (2.30pm GMT) Earlier on we had another scare and thought we lost another baby. But have a couple of scans we saw everything was alright and we actually saw the heartbeat. All the symptoms have been there in strength for this pregnancy so we are very hopeful. But somehow I cannot stop being scared of the possibility of this scan telling us bad news. Would it be alright if you pray for us and that everything will be ok and that God will have knitted a healthy baby together for us.

Thank you so much

God Bless
