Fish-Tetrapod Transition

Post by jaft »

http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn1 ... vered.html

This web link suggests that scientists need to re look at the current theory or whatever and claim that it is only a hiccup for Evolution. What can anyone tell me me in response.

Thanks

I never understood the reasoning.

Wouldn't the first reasonable assumption be to reconsider how old they believe the mud to be?

they don't say, but I wouldn't doubt that they have done so. It's a very uninformative news piece, it doesn't provide many details.
