I just got back from my vacations and it turns out my little broder created this account using my email, I would like to know how to erase it, i've looked thourgh the User Control Panel options and don't seem to find how to do it, can someone help me?

Ok, what I did was deactivate the account while retaining the posts. If your brother wants to come back on his own, he may be able to still use that account if he requests it to be reactivated. However, he could just create his own account using his own computer, etc.
