prayer for dad

Post by zoegirl »

Hey,

request for quick prayer...my Dad received a nerve block, essentially an epidural today for back pain. He has been terribly nauseous and dizzy, which seems very typical of some side effects. But he was not able to keep anything down today after the procedure and is reduced to ice chips. Standing up has been virtually impossible without inducing some awful spells.

They say it should clear up within 24 hours, so please pray that this happens...

Hope and pray he's feeling better already. y[-o<
Let us proclaim the mystery of our faith: Christ has died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again.

Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

Hey Zoe, how is your dad doing? He is still in my prayers along with your family.

He is in my prayers as well, I hope that he is doing better now.

He's doing much better, sorry for the delay in responding...overnight he seemed to recover but boy was it awful when he was suffering...

It's good that he is doing better. Will he ever fully recover? Do they know what is causing him to be in pain to begin with?
