Refuting:Does the Bible say the moon produces its own light?

One criticism of the account of Genesis from someone was that the Bible said that the moon produced its own light in Genesis. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks.

No... The moon only reflects light from the sun. Moons Bond albedo is 11%. However it is light.
