Acts 2:16, "But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel..." NKJV

Joel 2:28, 29c, "And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days." NKJV

Paul wrote...

Gal 3:28, 29c, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." NKJV

BW,

I've always taken Gal 3 to be specific to the work of salvation, and our postion in the heavenly places. Not our roles while on earth. Otherwise Paul would be contradciting himself in a number of his other teachings.

I'm not necessarily for women preachers...I do, however, object to blaming women for the lack of male leadership. As if somehow all of these men are waiting in the wings only to be pushed aside by women who "don't know their place".

I do see a problem however, when we somehow limit women to only being placed in marriage in their role in the church...if that is there only place...only identity, I think we are severely limiting their contribution. And to be honest much of that limitation, I think, has more to do with fear than with some idea of scriptural basis.
