I had surgury this week...
Hi guys,
I've been absent for awhile... The reason being is that I needed a break. I had surgery last Wednesday to remove a growth (called polyps) from my colon. I had four of these growing in my colon, two of which were inflamed. I didn't think much of it before the surgery but now I'm concerned if it is benign or malignant. I won't know for probably another week from the doctors. Fortunately nothing else was found...
I believe that God is healing me. I have had back pains for many years and now that is slowly going away. Is it related? I don't know, but for years I wasn't able to be active physically for long periods of time.
If you could keep me in your prayers I would really appreciate it. I would be lying to you to say that I'm not sacred at this time.
Regardless of the outcome, may God's blessed name be praised.
Thank you,
G-

Get well, G.
Let us proclaim the mystery of our faith: Christ has died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again.
Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

You're in my prayers, G. I've walked some of that road and God is faithful.

Sad news to hear Gman, thoughts are with you and your loved ones.
Sounds like you may rid yourself of long term back pain whilst overcoming this, which would be nice

Prayers for you to be healed of all ailments, for wisdom and insight for those treating you and for strength for your family and you to get through this.

Re: I had surgury this week...
Guys, my report came up cancer free. The doctor told me that in 10 to 15 years it probably would have become cancer however. Another bullet dodged...
Thank you all for your prayers! In a way this humbled me greatly.
Now I know what Bart goes through... Yikes.
May God's name be praised.
