Here's another bit of information form the Shroud crowd... It's only about 9 minute long segment of a cd on the shroud, but what you hear is good stuff...

Going through it now essential . He said that out of the 2000 scientists that have studied the shroud 95% converted to Christianity . This would be an impressive number . I wonder how he calculated it and if he can confirm it. I know many scientists have converted through their research on the shroud but I don't know if it's that high.

I agree bip. That's an incredibly high number... don't know how many of the 2000 were atheist but 95% is a high figure for any number. I looked on net and found only 1 reference that confirmed and it was from a Catholic writer whose' article was not showing any vetted references. I'll look a little more but ...
There was other info in there that was good too.. I've got the cd from church this a.m. and will listen to it tonight.

Here is the best, most current and complete info all in one place on the Shroud I have found. Russ Breault has this site and it is phenomenally outfitted with just about all the updated info you can ask for. There is a drop down box on let hand side with even more info that is even more well versed that contains great info.
I went to these guys (e-mail) in hopes they can illumine the "95%" scientist converting to Christianity claim. We'll see, but in the mean time this site's info is overwhelming.
