I did have fun with that. I proved myself wrong, and learned something very interesting- namely, that it's not a biblical sin to marry your first cousin!
Big surprise to find that, as my culture says it's a sin, and with an assumed Christian backing to that belief. I'll bet that if there's ever a case that gets media coverage they'll do their research too and change those laws. If the Bible doesn't say it's a sin, I can't imagine our courts would still deem it one, seeing as how it was probably made illegal based on an assumption about God's opinion of it. But, I don't know that. Only guessing. And now I'm babbling.
