I heard of this when it happened in February, but didn't post the little I knew. But now there's a lot of info on it. Christians getting arrested in our own country, for simply being at an Arab festival. They hadn't preached or anything, and they got arrested!

Maybe some of you have already heard about this, but it concerns one of the actresses in the Harry Potter movies and how her father and brother want to kill her - an honor killing.

This is just scary.
Also furthers the point that antitheists and such or even "haters of organized religion" aren't fighting religion but fighting Christianity.
Which is to be expected from the Word.

did you mean the "word" or the "world", I think you will find that the vast majority of people take a live and let live attitude towards religion, I have read dork-ins and he has some wonderful stuff to say, just not about religion. Very quick to point out where it fails and no alacrity at point out where it can be good.

I meant Word. As in the Bible and what Jesus said and such.
I find the world is far from letting Christians do as we are told. Others expect us to keep quiet on our beliefs and ignore God's command in the name of things like "tolerance". In some places, like China, it's worse where it can get you killed.
