I never had a grading I've been the human dummy in a few but never done one myself. I've done the first three empty hand forms and a little pole, knives and dummy. My cousin is a little more dedicated, he's teaching down south and has been over to China to train a few times recently, between him and a few friends I get the chance to do a little chi sau every now and again.Storyteller wrote:

Absolutely love it, tried a few martial arts and this was the one that really gripped me. It`s more than just a martial art, it`s a life lesson!
