During the 70's Global Cooling was all the rage, so how do we go from cooling to warming when large amounts of CO2 was around all that time. Something isn't right somewhere. Can the number be manipulated to suit a particular agenda... I think so.

The issue is how the data is being interpreted.
Most people don't realize that the date released to the public is NOT raw data but interpreted data.
That is not a conspiracy or a manipulation because ALL data must be interpreted.
The issue seems to be, for some, HOW it is being interpreted since a minor change in the algorithm gets one OUT of a warning period and into a cooling one and a different change gets you into a warming one in which CO2 FOLLOWS the warning as opposed to preceding it.
