It's just the issue of not-changing = sin.
Because it's not as pressing an issue. Homosexuality is never okay. Oral sex is okay in marriage -- nothing forbids it in the Bible, so who are we to add restrictions. Also, there's not numerous political and religious movements centered around oral sex.
