this is while he was in preschool.) Why in the world was she allowed to do that? It got me so mad! She's been on welfare for years, and because it has supported her in her laziness, she's been encouraged to be lazy. This is an example of a very poorly set-up and/or managed welfare system
The problem is, once they become lazy, even if they want to they can't get out there because they end up with
1 no pride
2 no confidence
this really needs to turn around.

But that's the whole argument. Some people don't like increased government spending, because their tax dollars are forced into those programs.
