I still don't have cable or satellite, so I can't see the new show!

BBC only has excerpts...they are extremely vigilant on sites like youtube and google and hulu only has scenes. IT's very frustrating.

BBCAmerica (which I don't actually have, but for some reason Comcast OnDemand then shows it for free  )
is showing the season with the 11th Doctor.

I have Netflix again and we watched Planet of the Dead last night. I must say, I was disappointed. Why would The Doctor fall for someone so fast, and, it was all unrealistic anyway. He said and acted like he didn't like her stealing, then he seems to forget about that. When she was begging to go with him at the end, if she would've said something about the stealing (how she wouldn't go around doing that on other planets, with other aliens' things), I think it would've lined up with the past Doctor Who. It would be kind-of hard for him, I think, to take the high moral ground as he has, while just accepting quick romance (although it was implied just as strongly in that one with the French woman) and thieves.

Well the first series with Matt Smith has ended over here in BLighty. All I can say is Brilliant. Matt Smith is excellent - story lines are excellent and theshow was a real pleasure to watch.

yay...the season finale is on tonight and I finally got BBCAmerica!! And they are showing an entire day marathon....so the over 100 degree heat's not so bad...a reason to stay indoors.

The PAndorica was really good but I can't wait for tonight...I have seen a couple of teasers that make it look, well, brilliant!!

I saw it...very very good. I thought David Tennant was good but Matt Smith is a really smashing doctor, really quirky and funny

This is me being starkly honest: I thought Peter trough-ton or doctor #7(i do not remember if this is right actor) was a better doctor, the (old) episode where it turns out the doctor was merlin was quite exciting. :D You can watch it in its entirety on youtube, atleast if i remember it's name, i think that one was called "Battlefield", but it really is a shoestring budget masterpiece.

Although I agree that Smith seems to fit the role a bit better than Tennant did. The last episode that DT did had him cocking a gun like EVERY TIME it is on screen. It only needs to be done once! :P
