Absolutely the republicans have offered alternatives. You can see earlier in this thread that I searched and found plenty of reforms that the republicans were trying to even get on the table.

The face that people don't know this is a deplorable refection of how much the mainstream media is biased.

One of the biggest worries is that companies will not be able to grow and hire new workers. Caterpillar wrote a letter explaining that this bill will stifle business growth and this will negatively affect jobs, the other big worry right now.

Now more truth will come out - now that we actualy can ead the bill - there is no place to hide. The ire of the American people will be invoked and things may get heated. Do you think that martial law may be declared now that the bill can be read...?

Interesting that you brought up "martial law" because it is my understanding that the National Guard has recruited interment camp specialist. I've seen the ads on "you tube" and there ominous. What is the point of interment camps in the U.S.? I was at the theater the other day and before the movie started they showed an advertisement for the National Guard. It showed National Guardsmen rescuing people from their homes that were on fire and a couple of other scenarios. When the clip had finished a lady in front of me started applauding. And all I could think about was the fact that rescuing people from burning houses is more a job for firemen. Is the government trying to inundate the public with snapshots of National Guardsmen in our neighborhoods as the norm.

Also did you know that the current administration has profiled many Christians and conservatives as "low level terrorist". Interesting times. Hey so how does the anti-christ negotiate a peace settlement with the Jews and Muslims and build the third temple while the U.S. is a sovereign Christian nation? Apparently the U.S. at this time in history won't be what it used to be...
