It is in the realm of religion to have the absolute answers to the deepest of questions.
Scientists are people who acknowledge their ignorance of nature and strive to fill in the blanks within human limitations. Some "scientists" have gone too far and have created a pseudo athiestic science. This is the problem we are facing not science itself.

This is spot on! Good statement.

And altho we may disagree on this, I know we both live life as servants of man and not as servants of desire.

The whole truth? Science cannot exist without fundamental beliefs.

Can science exist without the laws of logic? How about the uniformity of nature, in which it is assumed that nature remains uniform so that experiments can be done and predictions made? What about the scientific method, is that not a fundemental belief about the best way to describe and discover?

Ok, your right there, but these do not include specific ideas, nor do they preclude any changes to certain fundamental beleifs.
