Ok, my turn once again!

A canine with dark brown ears and tan coat elsewhere. He has rarely been heard making sounds, not even barking or growling are common. He is under the custody of a human living in England, and are believed to be business partners, since this canine possesses nearly human intellect. He is able to perform normal menial tasks that most humans do (preparing tea, making toast, etc...) and has even been able to invent several things with his owner, including a functioning rocket ship.

I dressed up as him once (homemade costume) and walked into a crowded pizzeria. People either didn't take notice or were too confused to comprehend what was happening, since nobody said anything. Maybe I should have walked into a movie theatre. (Sorry, dark humor.)

Anyway, for my guess here, I think it's Grommit from Wallace & Grommit.

An abnormally powered, mentally insane vigilante crime fighter who takes the alias of a parasitic arachnid that is famous for carrying various blood-borne diseases and being able to last for many years in suspended animation. His past before becoming a vigilante crime fighter is unknown. He has a very high capability in strength which he does not know how to control very well and is immune to most attacks and injuries. One of his numerous battle cries is the prolonged shouting of a common eating implement.

His main ally uses his original name rather than an alias, but has powers and costume based off of a nocturnal insect. His main shout that he uses in combat-based confrontations is begging not to be stuck in the proximity of his head.

The legacy of said vigilante crime fighter has inspired the creation of other vigilante crime fighters, such as one greatly appreciated by the human host of a pair of supernatural creatures along with another character named after a subatomic particle. The escapades done by said Hero named after subatomic particle may not have happened and may be over-exaggerated.
