Forcing one to share one's wealth could be considered evil. Forcing one to purchase a product that one has no desire to purchase, is flat out wrong.
Someone please explain in detail what this phrase means to you. What does this have to do with the correlation between Scripture and liberalphobia in people's hearts and the media?

Is this a hold-up at a bank? Is this some kind of monopoly game...where I land on Park place and have to pay...or...now I get it....the Mafia...

Yes, Rick ...I think we know that stealing and extortion are evil. What's the point?
What specific "force" is used ?..what does it look like?...desribe it in detail....

Jesus answered him, “You would have no authority over me at all unless it had been given you from above. Therefore he who delivered me over to you has the greater sin.”
John 19:11. Put this scripture together with: Romans 13:1-3...Was Jesus Christ "forced" to be Our Savior and be nailed to the cross?

I beg you to re-consider your thinking.

Every [a]person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. 2 Therefore [c]whoever resists authority hasopposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. 3 For rulers are not a cause of fear for [d]good behavior, but for evil.

When we understand these Truths and future prophecy...that tribulation is coming....there is no legitimacy to this liberalphobia(even if it was true) coming over the tainted air waves and in print for monetary gain. On the Christian radio, here in Oregon...the host even has secular, liberalphobes on his show. Such desperation.. is all I can say about that.

My Jesus, the Ruler Of The Universe is not afraid or overly concerned about us "becoming socialist"...or any other tribulation....and as followers....neither should we.
Comprendes? Is not The Revelation Of Jesus Christ clear about these issues?

Definitions are for grade school....and do not portray political reality. RE: Your definition of socialism....notice the word THEORY...in it
Theory....idea formed by speculation: an idea of or belief about something arrived at through speculation or conjecture...

When you really KNOW what something is...you can put it in YOUR OWN words.
Define the USA?.....uhhh... a place where rich people get away with murder....jcgoodipedia...
It's not reality....are we united..? or are we aggregated..? of who?....who was America? What is America? What is anti-american? These all have only subjective
meanings and are useless to building bridges of understanding between people.

It's as if this thread should be renamed...The Bible and communism...nanny-statism...and anti-americanism
I am begging to have someone show me this right wing utopia? And not a drop anywhere in Scripture.

Lord...If they would only believe that Yours is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory...they would not be afraid and complain and grumble about those
whom you allow to rule in this world...even satan...Lord in your Wisdom you have allowed for a time.....until his end.
Open our eyes Lord...We want to see Jesus.

According to all these "definitions of socialism" I have read here...The U.S. was ALREADY a socialist country from FDR in 1933....until 1981 when Ronald Reagan came to power.
Facts:
We had the most progressive tax rate in the world ....http://www.stanford.edu/class/polisci12 ... ackets.pdf
We had strong labor unions..labor was not cheap
We had strong hands.....food wasn't cheap
In 1964 the minimum wage was a living wage equal to $12+ hour in today's dollar.
Home ownership after the war climbed and continued to climb...
Don't forget that socialist moon exploration and landing.....that taxpayers....were "forced" to share

Yea...and I remember because I wanted my money to buy candy...but they "forced me..mommy...they forced me"...

This liberalphobia is just as real as the "boogie man" is. It's actually a scam to get on the radio and sell books....and look at all the sheep lining up for the slaughter.
My mother, who lived all through this time never told me of anyone "forcing her" to share wealth. She always said, "It was better in many ways;
and we didn't lock our doors".
People voluntarily pitched in as a community and cooperated to achieve a goal...for a common pupose...
I don't see Stalin hiding behind the curtain here....sorry.

This is the pre-materialistic era ..which ended when taxes were slashed in 1981 to "starve the beast" of government...and we were told to go mall shopping with the money
that the government used to get... voodoo economics....it was a debacle....
But government just continued to grow... The U.S then became schizophrenic...cutting taxes...but growing government...trillion dollar unpaid-for wars....the rest is history....

...but those terrible, evil, socialist teachers and parents...."forcing" us to eat and do our homework and chores..that was awful....yes that was...awful..

Lord, when will we all see that You are completely in control...like You show us perfectly through Job, the Lord Jesus, etc. Peace from Him.
