DBowling has it right. The logical move for a conservative is to write in Reagan or some such and then vote for actual conservatives down the ballot.
Actually I think the logical move for a conservative is to vote for conservatives from the top of the ballot to the bottom.

I'm voting for McMullin who is a real conservative for President. And right now McMullin's odds of throwing the election to the House are pretty much the same as Trump pulling out 270 electoral votes.
(both scenarios are based on the slim chance that Trump can somehow prevent Clinton from getting to 270)

The difference between the Trump scenario and McMullin scenario is a function of who wins Utah.
