No joke. I'm actually doing something of a purge and sweating some of it out now. One of the things they don't tell you when you do consume it is that, after working hard (especially in the heat) the smell is just awful. I've had to change shirts and towel off twice.

Replacing old deck boarding in 98 degree F heat that feels like 105 is a project I would not recommend anyone try. Sheesh.
