Re: New Dad jitters...
Fantastic news Danny. I am so chuffed for you. God is so good. Having become a Dad recently myself - What you are just experiencing is still fresh in my mind - it is an amazing experience and I know it has been said before - but it will totally change your life. You will really see God in the miracle that you are holding in your arms.DannyM wrote:Baby boy is born, healthy, 9lb 13oz. He's a biggen, after his old man.

Thank you for all your love and support in this thread; it's blown me away.

What also has blown me away was holding my son in my arms last night. His eyes opened and looked at me. Whether or not he could focus on me is irrelevant. He looked into my eyes. I mean, WOW!
Thanks again, troops.

Great, thanks, Zoe...Been thinking of slinging a little pic of the boy up but that may be politically incorrect for the board...zoegirl wrote:How are things lately Danny!!???

Throw that sucker up! It's up to you and it's fine to share a personal picture if you like as long as it doesn't violate Board Guidelines.

Yeah as long as the photo doesn't state anything like Christianity is wrong and that we are all a bunch of loons.

Lol. Okay. I've still got Gman's "Tiny Pic" upload what what so I'll throw a picture or two up soon. Be warned: he's a little cracker, and grown men may go gooey! Lol.

He is a lovebug Danny, adorable. Enjoy him as much as you can because time will fly by Danny. It seems like only yesterday my older son was that age. Last week I went with him to register for college.

Cheers, Byblos. Already I can see what you mean. My boy is only 7 months old and it's like he aint a baby anymore! He's a lump, bro! But when I hold ìm in the rock-a-bye position there's no mistaking he's still my bubba. I don't want him to grow up. Wish he could just stay as he is.

What an adorable kid, Danny. I see he gets his chubby cheeks from his Dad.
