To what degree and exactly what it means that the HS inspired the writers of the various books, poems, songs and letters that make up the bible, is hotly contested.
The inspiration and inerrancy of scripture is absolute. What is contested is the interpretation.

Not for the Old Testament - as Jesus confirmed it as Scripture. Of course, WHAT books were to be considered as part of the Canon was also God-inspired. But these works also include statements by evil people - record as history - that God wanted included. Was Judas betrayal of Christ inspired by God? Course not. But it's included as God wanted it in. So, there is a difference between what writings God inspired and wanted in the canon of the testaments and in whatever statements various people made that were also included.

Not to some people. Someone here said that scripture says something, but it probably didn't happen that way.

Personally, I'm not sure how one can hold to scripture, yet not its inerrancy.

First of all he’s the Holy Spirit not HS. putting his name (one of them) in abbreviation like that is contempt.

Contested or not. We can’t believe something that is men made. It’s either God inspired the Bible or there is no salvation for no one.
Simple.

Other than that no one could of ever write down something like the Bible with all the deepness the Bible has. No matter how talented or creative they are. Bible is either truth (God inspired). Or it’s a complete none sense and therefore there is no salvation at all.

Whether or not the gifts are possible today or not Is also debated yet I have witnessed things myself. Know of people that been healed. And been baptized in the Holy Spirit myself. Same for my wife .

I know what’s true, it’s up to you to decide now .

It is inspired by God because God made sure it’s in the Bible. His decision to betray is not God inspired.. but the writings are.. it is important because a prophecy was given about his betrayal.m

Also I have said about white luquid or water coming out of his body as they Stubbed his body to check if he’s dead. No one knew the implication of that. But the Holy Spirit made sure it is part of the scriptures because it indeed proves his death. If he didn’t die there is no salvation to no one once again.

John 15:20 King James Version (KJV)

20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

That you took that as "persecution" is hilarious.

Did you see how the world went totally mental over the shroud of Turin?

Why give them any relics?

I'm so glad God never gave the world a scrap of Jesus' writings.

If you think that's persecution, you'll really feel persecuted if you keep insulting people for simple abbreviations.

Well I’m sorry my belief is that God has a name and no one can be ones friend without calling on their names.
You wouldn’t want anyone calling you rd or poop. Would you?
And AFAIK prosecution includes trying to discredit someone.
He had no real proof before calling me polytheist which I am not btw. God is one God in three persons. It’s well established in the Old Testament. imo he just said it because she’s upset I doubted his shabath doctorine. Which the Bible clearly states

Colossians 2:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days

Regardless I think we are off topic.

Well, I'll put it this way...

If someone called me poop or rd, and I knew him as well as God knows PaulSacramento, then I'd know his heart, which means I'd know he meant no disrespect by abbreviating Holy Spirit.

Do you really think God is that petty, that He feels disrespected over something like that?

Seriously?
