I think you`re handling your stalker situation really well to be honest. Know exactly what you mean about not wanting to cause a scene because of his issues, and I agree, just because he has mental issues doesn`t necessarily mean he is a danger BUT just because he has issues doesn`t mean he isn`t.
Hopefully his mother talking to him will sort it out.
As long as those mushy peas dont come straight out of a can and look like a green shade of vomit.. I'm drooling

Jesus told us to pray for our enemies. Have you been praying for the stalker? He seems to have problems that are beyond human help. If you pray that God will help him with his problems that will also solve the problems you are having with him.

That would be the biblical thing to do... and I've even heard someone say they led their rapist to the lord straight after the traumatic act
