My question is this.
If a woman is to submit to her husband as the bible instructs.. then how does she do it without being submissive?

By telling her husband that he should step up, so she's going to be submissive?

If all believers are called on to be witnesses to Christ and priests to the world then women, obviously, can be priests.

Is part of womanly priest duties, making sammiches?

At least wine-dipped little wafers.

I Thought this was about women in the role of pastor/ elder / overseer of a church body. And one of the 1st qualifications was to be the husband of one wife. Which means it's a Man's position since men are the one's having a wife.
And there Is the comparison with marriage -- the husband being the head of the wife. And the concept of serving one another -- each spouses relationship to God and then to each other. Being there for each other.
