Some day, some how, when you least are expecting it, I will get you.
Hiding under a chair will be of no avail. :D

My family was in HK when the Japanese invaded.

In college, I had a classmate from Japan, and I decided to force myself to try to make friends.

She turned out to be the most wonderful person..Im so glad I did that.

It looks pretty good, actually, which is why so many people try to get into it, to live there full- or part-time, to work there, or to visit it as tourists. It is just popular to badmouth #1 but a lot of people like the USA.

And I'm pretty sure neo would be better off in Israel than in Pakistan...a Christian in Pakistan? Isn't that like being a frog in a blender?

You are correct. There are other players - including Israel - but America is by far the greater player. In the present war against ISIS, America is responsible for over 90% of the offensive operations.

Good for them they should take care of the mess they created in the first place.
It is a mess but America was trying to give the Iraqi's a better life than they had but Political Correctness in america stopped it.
I'm sorry to say Abel but that is a daft thing to say
Americas invasion of Iraq, done so under completely illegitimate justifications has left the country in political meltdown.
Since the invasion whatever bonds held Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish elements together within the one state have been destroyed.
The result... What we are seeing now!

Sometimes for whatever reasons people just don't want to see the writing on the wall. It is nicer and easier to stay in the comfort zone and tune out the finer details.
It is the truth the whole goal from the beginning was to give the Iraqi's a better life than they had.I think you are just focusing on the politics of it.It is never easy to accomplish something like that and divisional politics complicates it even more but America was trying to give the Iraqi's a better life than they had and yet people criticize the effort and lose resolve to help accomplish it.

Sorry but I am not badmouthing America because it popular to do so. I think many westerners feel proud to defend the honor of America, such as yourself but I don't blame you. You have to be in my shoes to feel what I feel and vice versa. To you America has been good, for me the case is different. Its just a problem of relevancy.

If time comes when Slovak men would have to go to army and kill poeople (see Ukraine situation) I hope they will massively refuse to fight. Many rather would go to prison than go fighting and killing (and what for?).

I do think America has been good for the west as it had the power to dominate and conquer and destroy yet has tried to use it's power for good.Kind of like a super hero using its power to rescue. But America has lost its way and unless God performs a miracle America is committing a kind of slow suicide.
