Hello all,

A friend of mine introduced me to this site, so I decided to have a look around. I like what I see ( for the most part ). I do like the free exchange of ideas, the passion for the Lord, and the combination of GOD and Science.
I come with an open mind, and with all possible humility. I consider myself a follower of Christ, and as such will always try to conduct myself accordingly. I tend to shy away from denominational arguments because we are all trying to achieve the same goal, it's just that we may traveling in different vehicles. As Jesus told his apostles; " If they are not against us...then they are for us."

Thanks to those who created this forum! I look forward to many "healthy" discussions


ps: if you are wondering about the name, it simply means; One Follower of Christ out of Many. (it is also a nod to Star Trek)

My name is Rob and I am a fan of godandscience.org for quite some
time now. I think it is a wonderful Christian website and Rich does a great job
writing articles for it. The whole site is one of the best on the web.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago, am currently unemployed (used to work in Retail) at the moment,
go on and off to MVCC in Palos Hills, IL as a part time student and love
playing video gmes, pc games, guitar, keyboard, Using the Internet,
Reading the Bible, going to church, and reading books and Listening to music
and watching some tv once in a while. I also play sports as well.

I hope to contribute to the forums here.

Well it's been a year, that's for sure. I have been on here posting and posting and even driving some people nuts (now now don't be shy, you can say it, no one will tell ). All in all, I have fallen in love with this forum. I have met the greatest people in my life on here, no joke. You are all like a family to me, one that can never be replaced. All of you, even though we don't get along sometimes, I would still not want any of you to leave. You have all seen an important transition in my life too. I have moved from one state to another, and have found someone whom I care about for the first, and only time. We may get mushy every now and then, lol but you can take it, lol, well most of you can!

I want to tell you though, she is not like anyone I have ever met. No one, aside from God Himself, has had such an effect on me, and in a good way. I know you all probably don't want to hear it over and over again about how much we love each other, but I just can't help myself. She is such a wonderful person, and she has made my world complete. Words cannot describe how she makes me feel... no songs or poem can convey how she makes my heart beat with love and joy, no image by man can express the beauty she has put back in my heart. So I want to take this time, this post right here, one year later to say, Vicki....
