It is pretty obvious that darwinists are in attack mode right now. I don't think the "humans in the zoo" and other recent pro-evolution headlines and events are just a coincidence.
The thing is, as far as ID is concerned, they are attacking strawmen. ID isn't anti-evolution and proponents like Behe even accept the concept of common descent. ID is only arguing about how evolution happened, not if it happened. I guess darwinists hope if they can equate ID with creationism (they are not the same thing) that ID will be easier to refute in the eyes of the public and in the courtroom.
