Here's a weird little thing I came across whil browsing through the countless messaging boards I frequent.

The reason evolution can't be reconciled to Christianity is that it means death exists before sin. Christianity teaches that sin caused death. If sin came after death, then sin could not have /caused/ death. And Christianity becomes a metaphor for nothing, and simply a means of controlling behaviour. Rather than a method of not going to Hell.

Death is the separation of the soul from God, eternal damnation.
It is a spiritual death which will prevent culminating in a ressurection of the body.

In the bible only man is sentanced to death.
3:22 And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever."

The bible specifies how to break this covenant with death.
Psalm 68:20 Our God is a God who saves; from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death.

And if you doubt it is a spiritual death.
John 8:52 At this the Jews exclaimed, "Now we know that you are demon-possessed! Abraham died and so did the prophets, yet you say that if anyone keeps your word, he will never taste death.

Mathew 22:32 "I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead but of the living."

Mathew 8:11 I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.

He is not Christian as he has said somewhere in some form in one or more of his posts. More of a pantheist if you ask me or anyone else, nature lover, nothing wrong with that, . That's fine, I still care that he sees that the Bible is truthful, despite what thousands of people's biased opinions say.
