Well, what do you think, can or will science manage to create they're own universe. Scence can do some amazing things with nature, such as clone people, if the universe was created by natural means as well, can science create a universe as well, with the given natural elements?

Not with current methods and technology.

All of these "amazing" things science has achieved are merely manipulations of existing properties inherent to this universe.

Cloning for example only takes advantage of the chemistry of life. Science does not change the rules, it only discovers them.

And I think you are familiar with electronics such as television and radio.
By extending existing theories on electricity and magnetism James Clerk Maxwell predicted the existence of electromagnetic waves and even came to the conclusion that light itself was a part of the spectrum.
Heinrich Hertz developed a device which produced and received radio signals. Everything else afterwards was an improvement in manipulation, reception and transmission of these signals, which exist naturally.
