Good friend of mine in need of prayer

I'd like to ask you all to pray for a close friend of mine...she was raised Catholic, but in the past few years has drifted away from Christianity. She still has a lot of respect for it, and believes in a loving God, but now seems to be more in line with the "all religions lead to God" school of thought. I'd like you to pray that God will open her heart and lead her to Jesus's saving grace.

Thank you in advance.

She will be in my prayers Swamper. With had a youth minister at our church that did such wonderful work with out children - but when he finished his theology degree, he went away and lost his faith. He now thinks Christianity is a joke. I think because he was brought up through church he never experienced the world and so was not really prepared for the attacks on his faith that this secular, materialistic country could bring and unfortunately was not strong enough - i pray for him as well.

I suppose that I am fortunate in a way that i was not brought up in faith and only came to believe a couple of years ago - in that respect i hope my faith will be stronger because i have already lived the secularistic life. I pray that your friend will have the strength to see reason and peace in her belief in God.

God Bless

She will be in my thoughts and prayers Swamper. Do you think she'd be interested in dialogue, perhaps becoming a member here? Maybe she has questions we can all help her with. Please suggest it to her and see what she says.

I'll try to remember to ask her about it. I probably won't see her again until Monday, when school starts back up. In the meantime, please pray that God will give me whatever guidance and wisdom I need in order to help her get back on the path to Him.
