Evidence for God from Science

It's a movie that's essentially an hour of atheistic propaganda. I haven't seen it, but I've read a bit about it and was wondering if there are any good Christian rebuttals to it out there.

Oh, and apparently our "good friend" Richard Dawkins makes an appearance on the movie's commentary track.
