Praises for prayers answered and prayer for health

I did not submit this as a prayer request but just wanting to offer praises to God in His oversight into a problem that, although not really huge when taken into perspective, was still wonderful in its resolution.
Back in februrary I was in an accident that was minor (car was still driveable, but caused about $3000 in damge, that was remarkable in itself, the way her car hit mine, no tailights were affected) I was rear ended and she rear-ened me because the guy behind her hit her. VEry thankfully, in retrospect, a local policeman stopped to help us off the road and helpfully gathered up the pertinent driving records for the state trooper that eventually came. It took over an hour and a half becuase the guy that caused it was driving a rental and had to discover the information. My respect for policemen increased tremendously becuase of his professionalism in that hour and a half!! IT was partly due to writing the police report that allowed the matter to be resolved without bandying words of blame.
The ensuing drama over the months resulted in the confusion over who was responsible. He had given his work insurance and they took their time mulling over the matter before telling me (in MAy!!) that in my state it is the rental car's responsibility.
Once that matter was settled, It was then time to make another round of phone tag with the rental agence (this after calling initally mine, hers, and then his insurance carriers!!). I will say this, they were extemely helpful and more than willing to settle the matter. Then had to send my only car in (thankfully havign a rental car of my own! no accidents with mine, thankfully, or that truly would have been a comedy of errors)
Finally received my car back last friday and just very thankful that the matter is resolved....(although I now have to send it in to get the timing belt replaced and to then have new tires....<sigh> )
So praises for God's working out all of these details and for teaching me patience in the matter.
On a more tiring and frustrating note....I have struggled with ulcerative colitis for 9 years now, the first serious attack was back in 98...went fine until two years ago when I relapsed (thought I might be able to go off of one of my medicine)s....and have since been back and forth between remission and relapse. *Really* *really* don't want to go back on steroids and have been able to avoid it so far....you know the drill, shouldn't worry, and God has taught me much here, but...hard not to..."My grace is sufficient for you" can be a hard lesson to a born worrier and fretter...
Thanks for your prayers.
