So what exactly is the old earth creationist timeline? Are the "days" interpreted as millions of years? And was there death before the fall of man?

I'm curious about this too... and if they accept the fact that humans appeared "recently" in geologic time, then there must exist all of the animals that lived before man (dinosaurs, etc.). So there HAD to be death. The Fall may apply only to Man maybe?

An Old Earth Creationist Time-Line would look something like this:

The word "yom" which is translated "day" in the Genesis account is believed in this context by Old Earth Creationists to equate to long periods of time.

Old Earth Creationists would in most instances conclude that there was physical death before the fall of man for animals and plants. Some might not apply that to man until after the fall.
