What are we missing?

What are the signs of the end times that still have to happen?
From what I've read Israel becoming a nation was a huge sign, but what else is missing?
Please use scriptures when answering.

I suggest you start by reading Matthew 24:7
Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. (NIV)
-Now, go and read Isaiah 19:5-10, the Nile hasn't yet dried up.
-Now, read Isaiah 24:1-13, the Earth is still very much a garden.
Things are still pretty good.
