Brother going off to war.

Hey everyone, I need you all to pray for my brother. He just got his first orders, he is going to be shipped to Afghanistan by february at the latest. I want him to be safe, so could you please keep him in your prayers? His name is Joshua, and he is army, artillery. He drives and operates the paladin.

P.S. I just want to remind the pacifists here we can pray for peace and that all parties from our enemies to our friends find salvation and the safety of our men andd women who risk their lives in the service in of our military. It's OK!

I have a special place in my heart for Army Artillery (my specialty was 130 mm & 155 mm Howitzers, albeit in a somewhat unconventional army). May the Good Lord protect your brother with every step he takes. Please tell him thank you on our behalf.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. I am going to leave a link to this for him in my next e-mail to him so he can see what you all say, and I will defentaly tell him thank you from you all. I also want to thank you Age and Byblos for when you served. We are free thanks to men and women like you and my brother who protect and serve. May God bless all of you!

Just an update my sister in law (his wife) is pregnant, and he won't be there when the child is born, please keep praying!!!!

Nathaniel asked me to post for him. His brother was never shipped to Afghanistan, but he now has orders to be shipped out to Iraq in September, after the baby is born. He's concerned that it's not as safe as one would think, since he just had special training with machine guns, like for frontline soldiers who need to kill a lot of people. Thanks.
