This has been mentioned in other threads and linked to I believe.
It's a very extensive document with a great deal of reference material and pretty thorough in scope and examination of the differences betwee YEC and OEC.
The end result was that they were unable to come to a clear position and the recommendation to the denomination was that both be recognized as legitimate literal interpretations of Genesis.

It's worth reading for no other reason that it gives a very thorough framing of all the issues that were considered and brought up in their process.
