Favourite books and/or What are you reading now?

I think this could be a good thread. Ask questions. Recommend books. Advise AGAINST reading a particular book. I have a question: For my birthday I received N.T. Wright's The Resurrection Of The Son of God. I'm soon going to get stuck into it. Has anyone read this book? And what do you think of it?
I'm nearly done reading Stephen King's Rose Madder...what a rollercoaster!
Fav's:
1. The HOLY BIBLE.
[Then in no particular order]
Jeffrey Deaver's Lincoln Rhyme thrillers
Thomas Aquinas, Selected Writings
Dostoevsky, The Brothers Karamazov
McGrath, The Twilight Of Atheism

I'll put more up later

I have 235 reviews of books here that outlines books that I've read over the past 5 years or so.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/pdp/profile/A3 ... f_=sv_ys_4
I've read more than that. These are just the ones I've reviewed. I keep things updated on my Facebook as well in this area.

The Shack is good - recommend that.
Mine are in no particular order (not including the Bible here because that is in a different league)
Dragonlance Chronicles
Chronicles of the Bothers - Wendy Alec
Anything by Phillip Yancy or Lee Strobel
The Shock of your Life and Aftershock - Powerful books - recommend them.
All the Harry Potter Books
Most James Herbert Books.
I am currently reading Where is God when it hurts and Amazing Grace - Double book - Phillip Yancy

Rereading the Chronicles of Narnia and the Space Trilogies. But haven't had much time for new material.
I have read Where is God when it hurts....it is very good.
Harry Potter is a fun read.
The Language of God and The Edge of Evolution are books that I am trying to get through when I have time.
Science textbooks are my typical read....

My favourite was the privileged planet by Guillermo Gonzalez. Also, Darwin's Black Box and the Edge if Evolution, both by Micheal Behe are excellent. As for fiction, anything by Daniel Silva.

Better to be a geek, than a dork.
I never read Novels, but my mom left a book called, " First Family," that is decent.
I've read all the Harry Potters. Fun, light reading.
I like Strobel's stuff. Yancy is good.
Also reading, Spiritual Leadership.
And, Creating Magic. Written by Disney Exec.

Prefer bible but these days...
However due to the recent Political mess we face I am brushing up on…
-Masters of Sociological Thought
-Evolutionary Socialism
-Marx and Engels
-Herbert Spencer and few other progressive types
-and political thought type books - boring, dull, and mudane
(We really need to pray for our country before we actually lose it… we are that close!)
On the side I still review
CS Lewis, Tozer, Edwards, Finney, Wesley, even Billy Sunday works, writings, sermons, etc…
I like Mystery Novels but have not read any for a while - mostly by
Carl Hiaasen his book —
Lucky Numbers one of my favorites!
